Celebrities who Look Alike are creepy, fun and amazing all at the same time. I’ve heard of the “everyone has seven look alikes in the world” theory but it’s eerie when two (or more) of these end up being famous celebrities. Some of these celebrity look-alikes are more obvious than others but either way, there’s no denying the uncanny similarities between these doppelgangers. 1. Zooey Deschanel and Katy Perry

They call Katy Perry the “bad twin” or the “porn star” version of Zooey and you’d have to be blind to not see the likeness. Their styles may be poles apart as is their music but that doesn’t take away from the fact that they practically look like twins! I love them both but in a way that I love both spicy curry and red velvet cupcake…for very different reasons.

2. Zoe Saldana and Thandie Newton

Zoe and Thandie are both exotic, drop dead gorgeous and look like they could have been separated at birth. In case you didn’t know,Thandie is half Zimbabwean and half English, while Zoe is half Dominican and half Puerto Rican. Isn’t it amazing how two people with such different roots actually look this alike?

3. Javier Bardem and Jeffrey Dean Morgan

I remember wondering why “the Grey’s Anatomy guy” looked a bit off the first time I watched Vicky Cristina Barcelona. One Google search and many hits later, I realized that he wasn’t the same guy afterall all. This was yet another case of celebrities who look alike. Add Robert Downey Jr. and they may as well be triplets!

4. Penelope Cruz and Paz Vega

As if it wasn’t enough to have one fiery hot Spaniard like Penelope Cruz, we have one more in the form of Paz Vega and here’s the thing, they look like clones of each other! I mean look at them, the same gorgeous black hair, the same pretty brown eyes, the same to die for features…how is it even possible? They’ve got to have common ancestors or something!

5. Will Ferrell and Chad Smith- Celebrities who look alike the most

Most of the celebrities on this list look similar but with these two, I have tried so hard to tell the difference and I jut can’t seem to. Looks like I’m not the only one. Chad Smith has in fact admitted that people come up to him all the time and tell him how funny he is on SNL. He even wore a “I’m Not Will Ferrell” while performing on the Tonight Show. Thanks for clearing that up Chad.

6. Chace Crawford and Ian Somerhalder

Now I’m not complaining at all about these two celebrities who look alike. Afterall, we can never have too many good looking men, especially of the likes of Chace and Ian. Pretty faces, prettier bodies and piercing blue eyes. Ah!

7. Mila Kunis and Sarah Hyland

Tell me Sarah Hyland doesn’t look like Mila’s little sister! Incidentally, I love both Modern Family and That 70′s Show and looks like Sarah’s a fan too. She and boyfriend Matt Prokop even dressed up as Jackie and Michael Kelso for a Halloween party. Aww. I’m sure they were a hit!

8. Lauren Conrad and Kate Middleton

Looks like Lauren Conrad has a royal look alike in Kate Middleton. If Kate ever happened to get caramel highlights, or Lauren went darker, they’d look like long lost sisters. Of course, Lauren would be the prettier sister while Kate would win every fashion face-off and together, they would rule the world.

9. Minka Kelly and Leighton Meester

What’s spookier than a psychotic roomate? A psychotic roomate who looks a lot like you! I didn’t even notice it until I saw the red carpet photos for their movie, The Roommate but since then, I haven’t been able to get out of my head. Minka and Leighton definitely belong on this list of celebrities who look alike.

10. Amanda Seyfried and Gemma Ward

One’s an an actress, the other is a model and the resemblance is totally unacnny! It’s a good thing that Amanda and Gemma aren’t sisters because that would be too many “pretty genes” for one family.
